As a designer with Afghan heritage, I understand the deep cultural significance of celebrations—especially nikkahs and traditional gatherings that blend time-honored customs with modern elegance. I recognized a need for custom event styling that truly respected these traditions while embracing contemporary design, leading to the creation of Zamara.
What began as celebration planning for family events—my sister's baby shower, my niece's first birthday, and intimate gatherings with friends—has grown into a passion for crafting meaningful, beautiful celebrations for families across New Jersey.
